Microsoft office is one of the best available packages of the tools that help perform tasks like creating documents, spreadsheets, presentations, forms, drawings, etc.

  • It is a freeware tool to help you create documents, spreadsheets, presentations, forms, drawings, etc.
  • It is absolutely free.
  • It is an online alternative to MS Office package.
  • Using it anyone can work from anywhere across the globe and for this the person just needs to access the Internet.
  • You can share documents, presentations, forms, spreadsheets, etc. with anyone you want from within Google Docs itself. This means you do not need to manually find file in your computer system and attach to email.

  • You can anytime download documents to your computer’s hard disk in just one click.

  • First, we  need to create Gmail account. Once the Gmail account is created, you are ready to use it.
  • Start any web browser like Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.
  • Type docs.Google.com in the address bar of the web browser and press the ENTER key on keyboard.
  • Login with Gmail ID and Password.
